Michelin Accreditation isn't just a one off achievement, customer satisfaction surveys will be carried out every six months to ensure high standards of service.

• Ongoing training to ensure that customers are always serviced by highly trained staff

• Effective documentation procedures to ensure auditability.
• Annual reassessment by our highly qualified assessors. 

Who and where are the dealers?
The Michelin Accreditation programme is brand new and we are currently verifying dealers around the country. New dealers will be added as they are awarded accreditation. This list will be updated regularly, so bookmark it to return every couple of weeks or so.
