This is used every time a call is made or received to record and manage the activities on a vehicle regardless of expenditure. The system enables Pullman to access a multitude of information enabling the control of costs such as global reports for different types of vehicle, warranty claims, identifying repeat work, reporting to manufacturers of repeat component failures, highlighting pre agreed charge out rates with repairs, records of all maintenance spend on each vehicle, all accident repair information and all components fitted to a vehicle.
